Treasure Island team building


Team building activities include:

Tribal Identification – This activity allows the groups to come up with team names as well as team war cries. The groups will get water based paint which they need to use to paint their faces in such a manner that they can be identified as an unique tribe, the teams will need to do a presentation to the other teams after the days activities to earn maximum points.

Rope Cuffs – With this activity the whole team will be tangled together with rope cuffs, the group must get detangled from each other without taking their hands out of the cuffs, without putting their hands through the person next to his cuff and without cutting the rope or undoing the knots.

Nails – With this activity the group must figure out a way on how to balance 10 loose nails on top of the head of 1 nail that is driven into a plank, they are not allowed to use any material to help it balance and it need to balance freely for a minimum of 30 seconds.

Chinese Pyramid - The group need to rotate 5 different size discs around three bases in order to end up at a nominated base for maximum points, the group is allowed to move only one disk at a time and they are not allowed to put a bigger disk on top of a smaller disk.

Landing Zone – With this activity the group must set out a five point star with a 15m rope as if it will represent a distress signal for any passing planes to rescue them. Whilst forming this star the whole team except the “guide” whom will be picked randomly by the facilitator, will be blind folded. No verbal communication will be allowed. The group must work out a way on how to form a perfect five point star without using any verbal communication and without being able to see, this must be done as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

• Combined with our very popular river rafting, we will meet at the office.
• The guide will do a safety briefing and you will receive the gear needed for the activity.
• We will do the activity on one of the island along the stretch of river we will be paddling.

HOW DO I BOOK?

To book your activities you need to fill in a request a quote - either give us a call or send us an email with details of the activitie(s) you would like to do, what date(s) you want to come and approximately how many people there will be. We will then let you know what activities we have available.
Once you have requested availability and know what you want to do, you will need to pay a 50% non - refundable deposit to secure your booking. This can be paid by internet banking.  Once we have received your deposit we will send you a confirmation letter, directions, an invoice for the deposit and a pro - forma invoice for the balance.  If you have any queries when you receive your booking confirmation please do not hesitate to contact us.
10 days before your activity date you will need to pay the balance.  If we have not received the balance within 10 days of the activity date we will give you a call to remind you.
