This challenge is based on trust and communication; we focus on teaching the group how to rely on each other in order for the team to move forward. This means that they will need to communicate with each other to achieve maximum points.
Quad team challenge team building
Team building activities include:
Blindfolded Minefield – The group must guide a nominated person on a quad bike through a “minefield” whilst the driver is blindfolded and no member of the group is allowed to use any verbal communication.
Quad Pyramid - The group need to rotate 5 different size discs around three bases in order to end up at a nominated base for maximum points, the group is allowed to move only one disk at a time and need to execute it by moving it with a quad bike.
Raging River – With this activity the group needs to build a bridge across an imaginary river by only using five different length planks provided, they need to get the whole team as well as a quad bike across to earn maximum points.
Blindfolded Driver – Every member of the team will get a turn to drive a quad bike around a number of flags whilst being blindfolded. The driver will have a passenger on the bike with him to guide him.
Flag Sorting – This activity will allow the group to move a number of flags in a certain direction without breaking the order in which it need to move by using a quad bike to execute and earn maximum points.

• We will start with a safety briefing, where the highly qualified and fully trained guides will explain the necessary details to
the activities.
• Divided into even teams the group will start rotating the activities. |
